**Core Elements:**
- Squash (Wall ball strikes)
- Court sprinting drills

**Objective:**
Two teams compete in a high-speed wall-ball match while simultaneously completing cardio sprints after each play. It’s a battle of endurance, aim, and agility.

**Teams & Players:**
- 2 teams of 3 players
  - 1 striker
  - 2 runners (rotate every round)

---

**Field Layout:**
- Standard squash court or racquetball court
- Cones set along side zones to mark sprint lanes
- Marked neutral zone for ball exchange

---

**Gameplay Cycle:**
1. Striker serves ball off wall into neutral zone.
2. Opponent striker returns it within 3 seconds or loses point.
3. After each strike, runners must sprint full court and tap wall cones.
4. Each runner must complete 3 sprints before the next rotation.

**Scoring:**
- 1 point per successful strike + runner cycle
- -1 point if runner fails to complete sprint in time
- Bonus 3 points for clean rounds (no misses or timeouts)

**Twist / Chaos Element:**
- “Double Ball”: A second ball enters play halfway through game
- “Sprint Swap”: Opposing team calls which runner must switch lanes mid-sprint

**Safety Notes:**
- Court must be dry and non-slippery
- All players must wear wrist and knee guards
- Adequate hydration and warm-up required

**Play Time:** ~25–35 minutes
